Compassionate EQ Leadership

Horse Powered Leadership Certificate!

Boost resumes or scholarship applications and learn leadership skills with horses! This is a fun program packed with activities and horse experiences especially designed for teens aged 16-18. (Younger students may email us to register their interest for additional programming).

The programm combines elements of Positive Leadership, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, 5 Roles of a Master Herder and Equine Connection Method.

Some of the topics we will tackle include: mutual respect, radical emotionality, recognizing your strengths and the strengths of others, how to motivate and lead with compassion, mindfulness, approaching difficult conversations and co-creating for success.

Participants will graduate with a Leadership Certificate and letter of reference which can be used to help with job applications and scholarship submissions.

The regular program is 6 weeks long with an additional 2 weeks for the optional advanced program.

We meet on Fridays from 1-330pm at our equestrian facility. (See below for exact dates).

You will be facilitated by Juliana Brossolette, Stephanie Weiss-Quentell and three exceptional horses. These horses are one of the oldest breeds from the Iberian Peninsula.
